Pros

This job is very easy, talking to people on the phone and selling them bowling parties. The pay and commission comes out to be pretty decent considering how easy the job is. The conference was a total blast. Great discount for bowling.

Cons

There have been so many changes which affects the ever changing commission structure. As soon as you get in the groove it seems the goals are changing and your hard work is not paying off in terms of commission. It's a process building a relationship with the center management. No normal benefits like office lunches or any type of team building exercises throughout the year. There is a lot of competition with coworkers and worry about job security.

Pros

Not many... But some flexibility on work schedule. Managers are aloof... Until deadline pressures force their attention. Then relationships get stressed.

Cons

Wow... Where to start...? Poor work environment - dirty, noisy, hostile tempers. Poor cooperation between team members, everyone is out for themselves.
