      Pros

      Few if any - atmosphere, team I worked with

      Cons

      Women earn less than male counterparts. Check it. No 401 K match because the CEO & CFO want all the money themselves. Buy more luxury cars and line your pockets folks. They make it where they are the only 1s who make money. Try paying people bonuses on time too. Ooooh & CEO chases after girls who work there.

      Pros

      The only legitimate perk is discounts or free meals. Pay can be decent based upon experience and/or what's negotiable. The fast-paced environment can be really fun on some days.

      Cons

      Understaffed, high turnover, long hours, poor attitude among staff (and yes, even those higher up), nepotism & unprofessionalism in the workplace, and lack of rule enforcement.

      Pros

      This is the perfect job for someone who is single and has another job or looking for another job or situation.

      Cons

      The corporate team require so much out of the center management to where the pay is not even close to worth it. I would spend 12 to 16 hours a day in the location I was in, and when you're doing that, the pay is nothing. You literally kill yourself when the corporate employees don't care about you.
