Pros

The job itself is not very difficult and the hours are decent. Comfortable, friendly atmosphere (at times) and coworkers are fantastic for the most part.

Cons

Extremely boring, at a desk all day making phone calls. Sales goals are difficult to meet at times. No creativity in this job. Constantly responding to emails on your days off.

Pros

Working with great people. Seeing enjoyment of customers.

Cons

Drag on when its slow. If It's busy and I'm the only one in the snack bar I can feel overwhelmed at times, but I sill bang it out.
