Pros

Fun work environment. Great customers. Variety.

Cons

Horrific hours (70+ week). Absolutely no respect for work/life balance from company. Afternoon/Evening/Weekend business means you never see see your friends or family.

nice establishment, all employees are dedicated even though overworked

Cons

salary and tips not so good, customers are rude, always over worked and not enough employees made I very difficult to give good guest service.
