Pros

You get a paycheck that you will sure earn

Cons

Just stay away you will thank me. It is one of the worst companies you will work for. You will be the only one in the building because your DM will cut your payroll You will have no work life balance and get to being chewed out by your boss it's going to happen don't take the advise of the reviews and in no time you will be writing your own!!!!!! Unfortunately I had to give it one star but it's ZeroStars

Pros

Easy product to sell and support during training.

Cons

Required to be on camera all day, required to work Saturdays, required to hit certain call count. Director of sales is focused on their own sales rather than developing team.
