Because of the labor model, you work way too many hours and are accountable for everything. The expectation of a manager leads to anyone with a skill set to move on quickly. Working for the centers is about as bad as at gets. People walk out regularly. They're underpaid, not appreciated and required to do a lot of work for little pay off. Everyone I work with on the corporate level is attractive but extremely vapid. Sure, they're good at their jobs but they don't have anything of consequence to talk about.
