Pros

Room to advance. Large company so many locations to transfer to if desired. Fun business. Some good people in Field Operations to work with.

Cons

Low employee morale. Company has no loyalty to their people. Very political environment. Company does not allow enough payroll resources to provide great guest service.

Pros

Busy, fun environment. Great place to learn, as because of the labor model, you are thrust into all aspects of the business. Competitive salary, but comes with long work weeks.

Cons

If you are friends with the right people, you will be placed in roles that you have no business being in. If you're not, you won't be. Because of the labor model, you work way too many hours and are accountable for everything. The expectation of a manager leads to anyone with a skill set to move on quickly. Bonuses are based on moods of decision makers.

Pros

They pay exceptionally well, the way they boost your sales/performance is top notch, and they're very reward driven for quality work on the corporate level.

Cons

Working for the centers is about as bad as at gets. People walk out regularly. They're underpaid, not appreciated and required to do a lot of work for little pay off. Everyone I work with on the corporate level is attractive but extremely vapid. Sure, they're good at their jobs but they don't have anything of consequence to talk about.
