Pros

The company has good benefits and many perks but the unique company culture is what really stands out. It is a great place to work, especially if you are into health and wellness!!!!

Cons

You have to be able to adapt to change and wear many hats.

Glorified Sweatshop

Pros

Co-workers tend to be close and care about each.

Cons

Their new offices look really nice but it only masks the fact that you will be working for a glorified sweatshop. If you enjoy being stressed out, not talking and basically being chained to your desk, you will love this place. Everyone is overworked and underpaid. On top of it, don't be surprised if you are asked to do tasks above your level of experience, outside your department or are completely unethical. The only employees that may be okay with this company are those in senior management positions.

Good place to work

Pros

LuckyVitamin is a good place to work. There are alot of benefits to working here, it's a close knit family operated company with good company benefits, good people to work with and lots of opportunities. Many of the departments work closely together so everyone usually knows what is going on. Lots of interdepartment interaction and resources at your disposal.

Cons

Sometimes information is a little slow in getting out. There may be times when information is corrected or updated between fulfillment center and headquarters
