Pros
growing company, nice people to work with. Lots of opportunities for people who actually want to work. If you just want a paycheck, you'll get it, but if you put in effort, you can get recognized and get better and sometimes easier responsibilities. They tend to give the people who work hard easier jobs sometimes
Cons
Hours are pretty limited. You are stuck on one shift and that's it.
