Good for beginners, not for experienced people.

Pros

Good experience for recently graduated students, flight benefits and great people to work with.

Cons

Not in any way competitive pay, do not recognize skills employees, only friends of HR get the good positions in the company even if you surpasses them in experience and qualifications, yearly evaluations don't get more than 20 cent raises.

Good people to work with in the hangar. Discounted staff travel after 6 months

Cons

Bad management. Extremely disorganised. Last minute shift changes and long working hours as standard, hence the high staff turnover
