Pros

LTCS is growing rapidly in all locations. There are tons of opportunities to grow and advance. They offer great benefits.

Cons

As a subsidiary of Lufthansa Technik Germany, they are highly influenced by our German parent company. Upper management changes often due to a "rotating" style system. CEO, CCO, CFO, etc are only around long enough to influence minor changes before the next one scraps the plans and starts over. Florida location scheduled to move a 2nd time in less than 2 years due to space.
