      Pros

      Huge player in the aviation market which offers interesting positions in pretty much all aspects of aviation, pretty high job security, nice benefits (including flight benefits)

      Cons

      Pay could be higher for demanding jobs, long hours, difficult to implement improvements for middle management (and below), culture is a bit "stiff"

      Pros

      Very reliable, safe jobs and if you are good in what you do there are oportunities to climb up the career ladder. A lot of freedom with the little things.

      Cons

      Sometimes it is a drag to change things. A lot of bureaucracy and too many managers (also from Germany) involved in the bigger decisions.
