I worked with amazingly talented individuals, most of whom have now left

Terribly dysfunctional with little to no communication or direction from management. Frequent redundancies and changing team structures mean you have no job security and there is very little room for growth. The company is extremely top-heavy, restricting room for growth and the company prefers to hire externally rather than foster its own talent. The constant changes and threats of redundancies / redundancies, as well as the poor business outlook have created a toxic blame culture, where the team spirit has been completely eroded
