Pros

All of the people are great - welcoming, friendly, supportive and an all round lovely bunch. A lot of focus on training and development when you first join with space given to ease yourself into projects. Solid service offerings with a great reputation among existing clients / the industry due to all of the great brain power

Cons

High staff turn over. Not enough scope for accelerated personal development on projects; senior leaders 'own' client relationships with limited opportunities for other staff members to get involved. Culture has taken a complete nosedive in recent years with an overworked staff and limited compensation to employees. Values have become that of business over people with consistent focus on targets rather than a healthy and happy workforce. Senior management is all talk and no action e.g., complaints being ignored against problematic staff. Due to the takeover from private equity the organization is constantly shifting internally making it hard to keep up. At times they are trying to run before they can walk, without the proper infrastructure in place to meaningfully support the staff who actually have to deliver the work
