Pros

There is a real energy at Lumanity - if you want to be instrumental in changing the face of patient access to modern medicines and therapies - this IS the place to be.

Cons

A company that is growing fast does ask its team to go beyond in terms of time and commitment, but being part of the company's purpose makes it all worthwhile.

Great worklife balance

Pros

-Agile working: The company offers a flexible working policy that allows you to pick the hours that work best for you around the core hours. Starting earlier one day or working later the next. -Trust: Trust is given from day one, you are given true autonomy to manage your own diary and own your career development. -Training: There is a real focus on training and development not only through the centralized programs but the option for help in funding your own personal training. I am just about to start an external course :)

Cons

Not necessarily a con but there has been a slight feeling of disconnect from the other business areas, I can see that by opening a new central office in London this is something that Lumanity is actively trying to improve.
