Don’t ever calculate your hourly rate if employed here as it’s horrible Leadership has minimal direction and is hired in so factor that into your career goals if you think you’ll grow here

They like to pretend they are an aligned organization but the work life balance, expected working hours, likelihood for bonuses, career opportunities are so mixed matched it’s insane
