Pros

There are some amazing people who genuinely care about their clients, work quality, and their colleagues.

Cons

You can expect a high-stress, disorganized environment with long hours and low pay. Upper management is a lot of talk when it comes to improving these issues, however, I never saw any improvements during my time there. More and more people are leaving, resulting in extra work for the people who are left behind. People are asking for help and they are not getting the support and help they need.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your experience working with us. We sincerely appreciate the insights provided by our current and former employees, as it helps us identify areas for improvement. We're pleased to hear that you encountered some amazing colleagues who are passionate about the work and care deeply about their clients and each other. That culture of dedication is something we strive for and hope to nurture across the organization. However, we are concerned to read about the high-stress, disorganized environment, long hours, and lack of support that you and your colleagues experienced. Providing a sustainable, well-resourced work environment where our team members can thrive is a top priority for us. Thank you again for taking the time to share your review. We are committed to fostering a positive work environment where all employees can thrive. Molly Dunifon Head of Talent
