Pros

Could've been a better sales experience Should've learned more from the companies computer sales systems but why is your internet so slow!? You're the Internet company come on man! Would've enjoyed selling but left them behind got to move on. Great company if you like big corporations to play office at.

Cons

Employee sales ordering software sucks from the Stone Age like there HSI wait seemed more like dial up. Good people leave a lot of good people stay to play office. They need to update call options on telephone menu so customers get to right spot. Be quite and invisible don't be a target, receive but don't take.

Pros

The pay is higher than most for working from home. The incentives are very good. Time off/vacation/benefits are pretty decent across the board. Co-workers are easily approachable.

Cons

Management could careless about anything other than the almighty dollar. If you are meeting 100% + in sales daily, which I was, they LOVE you. However, if you slip ONE day lower than 100%, which happens sometimes, you will receive email after email after email stressing you out!

Pros

Good benefits. If you require structure, excellent company to work for. The company is trying to expand it's offerings into the 21st century.

Cons

You always feel like big brother is watching over your shoulder. Objectives/goals/metrics used to measure performance change every time there is a change in upper management. Lateral movement is available, vertical movement is virtually nonexistant. The benefits package gets worse with every contract negotiation.
