fun fast paced company. challenging work with high volume of calls. work day goes by fast, because you are busy the whole day. Good job to learn and master sales techniques.

Cons

metrics were set higher than they should be. whole day is monitored by your call application. if you have to use the bathroom and dont have a break you need to us after call, which goes against metrics. Day is monitored by the second. 1 sec. late loging in goes against you. selling trumps all company objectives. Pay is extremely low for the amount of sales generated. 20 computer systems to manage during calls.

Pros

The benefits, pay and colleagues are great to work with.

Cons

The company is going through pains from having to constantly "realign" costs with the shrinking revenues of legacy products (POTS) lines. Unfortunately the investments the company has made to transition to a new type of revenue (IPTV, Hosting and other cool stuffs) has failed. They have currently stopped most long term projects to continue paying substantial dividends to shareholders. If you are wanting to enter this industry, this is the wrong company to join.

I've worked at home for 2 years , great benefits, bonuses, great management, every Sunday off, PTO, paid holidays

Cons

long hours on mondays, impossible to get a Saturday off unless planned ahead
