Great colleagues, good product set, fabulous sales training
Cons
Pay is low for the job required and the area. No real room for advancement. Systems and processes are antiquated and inefficient. Commision structure is impossible to understand and is a constantly moving target. Getting a sale is the easy part, getting it installed and then getting paid for it - that's often impossible.
