      Pros

      A lot of great individuals and talent.

      Cons

      Culture is horrible and they don't pay commissions correctly. Unfair pay practices across the board, they try to cover it up. It's sad seeing so many team members struggling with their mental health, because of the company and leadership. Outdated systems and process, almost impossible to get anything done. Middle leadership is sketchy in their actions, which upper leadership is blind to.

      - smart, kind colleagues and managers - relaxed pace - remote even though technically an in-peson role - regular happy hours and events

      Cons

      - no cost of living raises - lacks data science industry standards (git not expected part of workflow) - stock has not done well over the past few years
