      Culture is getting there! Sadly, laying off the wrong people.

      Pros

      The new CEO and leadership are making great progress to change the archaic culture of do it because the boss wants it and improving on the products that are offered.

      Cons

      Layoffs - at the end of every quarter you can expect layoffs, and the decisions on who to layoff are in the hands of VPs that really do not know the value of the skills of their teams and personally think they are laying off the wrong people. Lumen needs a true change management and training team to manage through the organizational changes, and sadly they are letting people with these skills go and keeping others because they are product owners and tribal knowledge.

      People are nice for the most part and culture is fine no major issues.

      Cons

      No career progression, be ready to give an extra 10% to your already 100% efforts and not get paid for it.

      Terrible environment with extremely poor and disconnected senior leadership. Not even giveing people the tools they need to do his or her job.
