      On Site Gym at Former Headquarters

      Poor Leadership direction with heavy focus on nepotism focused hiring and promotion practices. Career Development does not have a clear course to move forward in your career. When asked what individual contributors can do progress their careers, leadership will deflect the question. Training is archaic and meant to keep people from being able to be spring their career forward to other competing companies. Their training consists of being button pushers, not problem solvers. This creates a poor work environment where the customer suffers and the individual contributor suffers.

      Great coworkers who care about each other.

      Cons

      Upper management has changed much in the past 2 years losing (IMO) their way and their company debt is causing huge concern in the industry.....no matter what the CEO is saying ...... pushing the "can of debt down the road" to repay is (IMO) not a good thing for long term employment at the mid-management levels.

      Pros

      Their benefit package was very good. Unlimited vacation, high quality health insurance, and a comprehensive set of other benefits.

      Cons

      They consistenly hire the wrong people for roles (into management), Constant change that was hard to keep up, no feedback provided to grow. Very cliquey within the working groups, and just downright mean people to work with. I have have 19 years tenure so I know what I am talking about.
