      Pros

      Good compensation, received bonuses Good Benefits, with multiple options for each insurance type. Communications Workers of America Representation.

      Cons

      Transferred between four different supervisors in the one year period. So many changes to process and management it was impossible to know who to speak to. Training was great to start and awful once on the job. Switching positions or learning new skills was not supported well. Awful required swing shifts that have thankfully gone away as of when I left the company.

      Pros

      There really aren't any pros to working for Lumen anymore

      Cons

      This is a high stress low reward workplace. The stock price has cratered 90% in the last five years. There were no promotions and very low pay raises (not even cost of living). You are used until you burn out and then are discarded. Zero growth opportunities. My remaining coworkers are either riding it out until retirement or have already given up and just put in hours.

      Pros

      Amazing people that are super talented. Great technologies to offer customers. Paid competitively.

      Cons

      Company is going through a lot of change from numerous acquisitions and leadership changes. Processes and day to day systems, and the number of systems one has to learn are a challenge. The sell off of LATAM and soon to be EMEA reduces the credibility of a "Global Company" to customers.
