Little to no training. No room for growth, there has been a hiring freeze and almost no promotions since covid started. Pray and hope that you get a good manager, if you end up getting the wrong one it is pretty common to be missing tools with no way to get them. They pay under the market for almost every job

No merits, every VP has different rules. Good people are leaving. HR is hands off. Cannot talk to a live person without first a ticket then wait. Bonus structure is not aligned. Same title, in same teams, doing same job can have 5 different % for eligible bonus. Leadership has said for 2 years they were going to fix it. Now agin this year they say next year. Meanwhile there are 1000s of dollars difference in payouts for same role.
