The managment gives little to no guidance The managment is not straightforward about tasks that need to be completed. Usually leading to confusion and a more important task not getting completed and putting the fault on those below them. When things get difficult managment pushes to lay off employees or fire them rather then putting in the effort for proper training When I advised managment I was part of the lgbtq and gender fluid. I was treated differently. Communication broke down, about a month later I was laid off.
