Pros

Cons

Finance is ran by middle manager yes men/women that can not manage teams. they would rather gossip to each other and get lower level employees to do their dirty work.

Pros

Stable Company: Lumen's position in the telecommunications industry provides a sense of stability, especially in uncertain economic times. Opportunities for Growth: For those dedicated to their careers, Lumen offers opportunities for advancement and professional development. Competitive Benefits: The company's benefits package is generally competitive, including health insurance, retirement plans, and time off.

Cons

Bureaucracy: The company can sometimes be slow to adapt to change, with bureaucratic processes that can hinder efficiency. Workload: Certain roles within Lumen can be demanding, with heavy workloads and tight deadlines. Communication Issues: Internal communication could be improved, leading to misunderstandings and delays. Layoffs: A significant concern has been the two rounds of layoffs that have occurred during my two-year tenure at Lumen. This instability has created uncertainty and impacted morale.

These decisions are difficult and not something we take lightly.
