Pros

They do offer great benefits. Reasonable accommodations for the workers. People themselves are nice, friendly and supportive.

Cons

Unreasonable metrics create an atmosphere of fear and stress. Coworkers will try and pawn work of on you so they can move onto sales. Mistakes by other associates aren't fixed as they aren't a sale. Incredibly high turnover as they don't care as much about customer service as they do about lining their own pockets. Good luck getting any time off. Too much of the job is luck of the draw on the calls you get. There is some salesmanship involved, but too many of the associates are not interested in the customer, just keeping their job. That creates more work when the customer calls back as the order wasn't done correctly, or not explained fully before the associate hurries to the next sale.

Pros

Salary and benefits are still very good. Glen Post and Karen Puckett are excellent at what they do and are deserving of our confidence.

Cons

The mergers have been managed badly as far as lower level employees are concerned. Legacy employees have been stripped of their knowledge and job tasks and given nothing in return for their dedication and help. Control, and job tasks, during these mergers, have been decided by manipulation and cronyism. Internal power struggles abound. Upper management has allowed legacy employees to be badly-used by control seeking managers from mergers. Too many middle managers and project managers are causing a micro-managed environment. Processes are being developed that promote cronyism and power transfers instead of efficiency and productivity.
