This place is a good old boys club in disguise. They haven’t given raises since 2014, they rarely promote employees (unless in the inner circle), and they let people leave so they don’t have to pay severance. There is zero training and everyone tries to pass the buck to other teams because they don’t know the company or their roles. Sales is a mismanaged disaster who only care about dollar signs and will toss you under the buss in a minute.
