Inefficient, unclear, complex, disjointed operating environment. Unsuccessful integration of multiple companies. Unclear vision of company goals and strategy from senior management. Lack of communication from C-level management with employees. Lack of follow through and commitment from senior management to implement systems and processes that would allow for a positive customer experience. These are unaddressed and ongoing challenges that have lead to an increasingly apathetic employee base because there is a diminishing believe that the company leaders have the ability to take the necessary action to create an environment that will allow the business to execute for customers, shareholders and employees.

Company decided to cut PTO for employees in order to increase revenue for the company. Minimum to zero merit increases for the past 4 years. Company stresses to give more to receive more, that is NOT the case. Big bonuses for the CEO, VPs, Directors & dividends to the Shareholders in order to keep them satisfied.
