Pros
Great first line management. You will be working with a lot of great people that are very helpful and will help you grow in your role. This WAS a great company to come in and learn, move up with a good culture and lots of room for growth.
Cons
Company is laying off people almost every 6 months in favor or India support. They are also working hard to increase profits by cutting merit raises, holiday bonus (that was like $200), and now going to rework yearly bonus of none management employees. They also just cut stock dividends more than 50%. Higher up director and above levels are still keeping their insane bonuses/stock bonuses and are not affected. Moving up in the company does not get you a pay increase any more, for example if you are an engineer and you move to a hire team, say from Tier 2 to Tier 3 their is a big pay difference, at this time you will not get the pay difference for your promotion.
