Probably the worst, unorganized company I have ever worked for! Management couldn't plan their way out of a paper bag.... and now the company is hemorrhaging money. Having to sell of huge portions of the company just to stay afloat. HOWEVER, all of the executive management team still get their HUGE pay, pay rises, and bonuses. The likes of the average worker has not seen a pay rise or promotion in over 5 years! Goals are a joke.... why even have them if no possibility of promotion or pay rise. My boss often told us that the only way to get ahead in this company is to leave! So I did!!!!!
