Lumen pays for training and certificate programs for its developers; if you take advantage of this, you could spend a couple years here building your resume before finding a job that will compensate fairly

Cons

You won't get paid market rate, especially if you plan on having a career at Lumen; I've been promote 4 times in 5 years, and have only increased my base salary by about 15%, and yearly bonuses continue to decrease, With inflation, I'm sure I'm making less than when I started.
