Best place to Learn & grow for fresher. Good Work environment but Hike & Compensation wise not at all.good.

Good work environment, Apart from regular work provides 360 degree improvement in your skills If you are willing to learn new things. Provides many platform to work apart from your regular project. For freshers it is very good but for experience holders not a good choice. Fun at work is very good. HR are doing very good.

Cons

Don't expect too much from Management. Management is very bad. Few Senior positions leads doesn't have basic domain knowledge but still people are reporting to them. Appraisals & promotions are very unfair If you are a " Mallu " then only u can get everything & anything within no time. Ir-respective of your performance. Onsite opportunities are not there if you joined as a fresher till next 5 years.
