Flexible timings Not much work pressure. Great work-life balance. Transportation, leave and other aspects taken care of. Good job security. Pay hikes reasonable if not outstanding.

Cons

Growth is slow. Not enough appreciation for genuine contribution. Not enough learning from a technical standpoint. Not enough in the way of peer learning.
