LumenVox creates a great work culture by creating flexible work hours for employees and Excellent benefits. Our CEO also invests in each employees personal development by having classes for areas we would like to improve on.

Cons

Small company and so each worker has to do multiple job roles which can cause confusion among the team.

A dynamic company with a lot of talented employees. There is great collaboration and it is a fun group of people to work with. The work/life balance is good.

Pros

Lumenvox has a great company culture, being small you get to know everyone really well. Having flexibility with hours and being able to work remotely has given me a good work/life balance during my time working at Lumenvox. I've been able to work on a lot of really challenging projects. I've learned a ton during my tenure, both "on the job" and with outside education, which the company supports. Quite a few people have been with the company for a really long time, and I've forged some great friendships.

Cons

The downside of a smaller company is you tend to do a lot of context switching, which can be frustrating.
