      Good smart engineering talented folks who could walk into any other company very easily.

      Cons

      Very top driven. If you like to be told what to do it’s a good place. But if you like space for creativity you may find it challenging.

      Bagel Friday, stock price which is due to the telecom consolidation and projected Apple design wins

      Cons

      Make sure you are friends with upper management else you will be included in quarterly RIFs. Turnover in Finance and IT is atrocious. Touted as the new Lumentum but realy the old JDSU.
