      Pros

      Flexible hours, above average benefits, friendly atmosphere, free coffee, tea and gym on site, travel opportunities, multifaceted expertise (optical, mechanical, electrical, SW, project management, manufacturing practices) and talented people to work with and learn from.

      Cons

      Too much bureaucracy is added in the recent years. Too many “update” meetings. An excess of the facilitators vs contributors.
