      Nice management and working culture style. Respect individuation and provide relatively free space for staff.

      Cons

      Quite mature company and industry. There is no much promoting opportunity.

      People are nice and hardworking

      Cons

      Management is not people type, work life balance is very poor. Make you work very long hours and demand too many things from a single person that initially at the time of hiring is not exposed. DTOs are deceptive I would work for a company that has vacations not DTO from now on.

We offer Discretionary Time Off (DTO) to our exempt employees in the US and Canada to allow time-off to help employees achieve balance between their home life and work life work. DTO is not capped and is purely at the discretion of each employee and their manager, balancing business requirements with personal needs.
