      Technically strong engineering team, good benefits, friendly environment, good profit sharing program

      Cons

      Some managers create stressful atmosphere by micro managing, requesting unnecessary paperwork and in general splitting hair

One of our guiding principles is to hold ourselves accountable to enable empowerment at all levels. We are building a team of engineers and managers who operate in this way – not expecting, wanting or allowing micromanagement to occur.

      too many evening meetings, some long-term employees are very arrogant and lacking necessary technical skills
