      Pros

      Continental shifts = 4 days off! The Whole site has a very friendly, family like attitude to each other. The work is very interesting, Lumentum are very interesting and I can honestly say I feel like I have a career and look forward to many years of growth with Lumentum!

      Cons

      The site is very rural, access in bad weather is not so good.
