      Pros

      I very much enjoyed my job until the role was moved to China. Provided my commodity strategy to give them a roadmap for success.

      Cons

      Layoffs every quarter. Lacks great leadership and the good leadership it did have they let them go without an excellent succession plan.

      I started joining Lumentum as a supply chain analyst intern in 2018. The internship program provides many activities to get to know other interns, coworkers and the company. Generally, coworkers are supportive and Lumentum is a great place to learn and start your career.

      Still many things need to be organized in system.

      Lumentum has a fast-paced environment with many talented people.

      Cons

      Lumentum is a very ambitious company and as a result, you can see their success reflected in their great financial numbers and stock price. However, the downside is that the company takes on way more priorities than their employees can handle.
