      bad work-life balance, manager does not spend time to read email, no recognition, can not learn that much professional technical over here,

      Pros

      Competitive Compensation and some really amazing people. It's too bad that upper management does not realize or recognize!

      Cons

      Don't expect to have much of a personal life; Lumentum wants all of your time. Don't expect to feel important; Lumentum will neither realize or recognize. Don't expect to feel heard; Lumentum does not want your opinions or ideas, only your compliance.
