      Chaotic place to work, but good salary/benefits

      Pros

      Competitive salary, good benefits, 2 week shutdown over christmas.

      Cons

      They will work you hard until you are burnt out. Lots of chaos/stress due to poor project management. Late night/early morning meetings with Asian manufacturers. Hybrid work creating issues between in person and remote employees, and so many useless meeting because of it. No paid overtime for salaried employees.

      Cutting edge work on chips, pension benefits, good salary, a place where you have scope of progression, very professional colleagues to work with

      Work can be stressful at times - understandable as the company is working on the cutting edge stuff and has got lots of deliverables within a tight timeline.
