Pros

As long as you meet productivty, goals and expectations nobody puts any pressure on you. Will work with you when you need time off. Especially during covid and kids needing to stay home to quarantine multiple times. I was anxious needing to call in but they never made me feel pressured not to call in. If you want to move within company they will mentor you.

Cons

For one year productivity went up and made difficult to make bonus. They did go down on accounts in a hour/day. Probably realized quality over quantity wasn't the best.

No micromanaging, great boss, good PTO, good work/life balance.

Cons

Commission plan is completely out of whack with new ownership. Very hard to hit budget, which increases monthly.
