Cons
There are some disgruntled employees who are not on board with company growth, change or needs. With growing pains there comes misplaced blame. Noticing negative reviews, blaming Recruiting for just about everything. Sadly, the reviewers are not educated on what Recruiters actually do. Recruiting seeks and presents highly skilled candidates to the hiring managers for their specific job needs. Recruiting has played an integral part in the existing talent we have today. What they don't do is make the hiring decision. This is ultimately a decision for hiring managers.
