Pros

Helps, guides, and directs every step of the way. Answers every question no matter what time of day it is. Because of Michigan being slow on the response, there was a delay in getting my background check completed and Melissa helped calm my nerves through the entire process. Every company needs a team of Melissa’s. She is a ROCK STAR at her job!!

Pros

Well the wlb is good. Mainly because the management has no idea what it is doing.

Cons

Not a great place for autonomous vehicle development if you want to do so. Initially there was a lot of work done around creating autonomous solution and innovation associated with perception stack. Now most of the work has degraded to supporting the growing customer base. Not a lot of development. Mainly a systems related tasks.

I can’t thank Melissa Richardson enough for her knowledge & professionalism as she assisted me along the hiring process. She made becoming apart of the Luminar organization very comfortable. She was very knowledgable in answering any and all questions. Every great company needs great recruiters and she is second to none!
