There is no will to fix things, and they don't want to admit anything is broken. You get punished if you point out at flaws and try to improve anything.
The company culture is toxic, punishing initiative, rewarding complacency. It creates a culture where dysfunction is protected.
In addition to the struggle of work, you have to fight for everything at Luminar, even for the basics like a decent workstation.
