      Pros

      Training program is helpful so far, but long. Sick and Wellness days are provided each year. Cash balance pension plan starts after your first year. Retiree benefits available after 10 years of service.

      Cons

      Low pay and the benefits are not that great and pretty expensive. PTO policy is lackluster. You don't accrue until two weeks after the first of the following month from hire date. You can only use PTO 6 months out of the year. Very limited during the busy season.

      I have no pros. HCSC purchased this company and completely ruined the culture.

      Inexperienced, unqualified CEO and senior leadership team Bullying of tenured staff to try to get them to quit (to save money) Lack of strategic direction Cheap; will not invest in critical staffing or technology solutions Most toxic culture I have ever encountered
