      Pros

      I had an awesome work environment in the Bowie Outpatient Rehabilitation Office and now here at Annapolis. In the matter of 8 months I was able to work my way up to a higher position in the company! I now have administrative autonomy and placed again around great co-workers and supervisors who support my professional growth.

      Awesome company, but poor leave compensation.

      The benefits are ok.

      Cons

      The pay is really low. I work in one of the outpatient offices and I work with specialty and PCP which consist of 3 doctors. I get paid really low while the other girls I work with only work with 1 doctor and they get paid more then I do. You also have to travel a lot and they do not pay for mileage. Management seems to not to care when you express your concerns.

      The job itself is very good. The highlight of it that keeps most of us going is the patients and being able to engage in conversations with them.

      Cons

      The Management sucks!!!! They're NOT for their employees! They only care about themselves and wonder why people are always leaving. If you want a job where you're automatically stressed as soon as you walk through the door then this is the job for you. They sit in the breakroom all day and talk about their employees to other employees. As a manager or supervisor you should feel comfortable enough to be able to go to them when there is a concern... WRONG. They're very unprofessional and rude! A few of them should've been gone years ago.
