      -nice colleagues -motivated patients -newer facilities -good pay -specialists are great

      Cons

      -upper leadership doesn't listen to ideas. immediate supervisors do their best. -frequent change without transparency or explanation -entitled patients -some feels like upper leadership values efficiency over pride in delivering excellent medicine

      Great stepping stone into healthcare.

      Cons

      Management could be aggressive, RN's thought they were better than the PCT's. Called racial slurs by patients and Charge RN did nothing about the behaviors of the patients.
